Vertical IT Solutions Inc. is awarded a Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) contract under the following Technology Categories. This contract covers services only — no hardware or software products are sold through this agreement.

Technology Category 1 – Application Development

Vertical IT Solutions delivers full-cycle software and application development services that help agencies design, modernize, and maintain critical business systems.

Services include:

• Custom web, mobile, and desktop application development
• API creation and system integration between cloud and on-prem environments
• Database and data-model design, optimization, and reporting solutions
• Application modernization and migration of legacy tools to current frameworks
• Secure deployment and lifecycle management of developed applications within managed, U.S.-based cloud environments

All application engagements are defined and delivered under DIR-compliant Statements of Work (SOWs).

Technology Category 2 – Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics, and Automation, including Data Warehousing

Vertical IT Solutions provides data management, analytics, and automation services that enable agencies to make data-driven decisions while ensuring the security and integrity of their information assets.

Services include:

• Business Intelligence and data analytics strategy and implementation
• Data warehouse design, development, and management
• Data migration, cleansing, transformation, and integration
• Automation of reporting, dashboards, and workflow processes
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data mining enablement
• Cloud-based and hybrid data management solutions
• Data governance planning and implementation
• Reporting and visualization solutions for performance and operational insights

All BI and data management projects are supported by secure, compliant, U.S.-based hosted environments managed by Vertical IT Solutions.

Technology Category 3 – IT Assessments and Planning

Vertical IT Solutions offers strategic, technical, and cybersecurity assessment services to evaluate and strengthen agency IT environments.

Services include:

• IT infrastructure, network-performance, and systems-health assessments
• Cybersecurity-posture and vulnerability assessments with remediation roadmaps
• SOC/SIEM and endpoint-security evaluations
• Cloud-readiness and enterprise-architecture assessments
• Staff Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) assessments and training planning
• IT governance, policy, and compliance assessments
• Strategic and tactical IT planning and technology roadmap development

Deliverables include written reports, prioritized recommendations, and actionable implementation guidance.

All services are performed by U.S.-based engineers, consultants, and security professionals employed or contracted by Vertical IT Solutions Inc. This contract is for services as defined on. DIR-CPO-5963

Technology Category 4 – Project and Program Management

Vertical IT Solutions provides comprehensive project and program management services to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives of all sizes.

Services include:

• Project planning, scheduling, and governance
• Risk, issue, and change management
• Stakeholder engagement and communication
• Agile and Waterfall project execution methodologies
• Cost-benefit and ROI analysis
• Resource and vendor coordination
• Quality assurance and performance tracking
• Organizational change management and strategic alignment

Project management services may be provided as standalone engagements or as part of other awarded DBITS categories.

Warranty Policy:

Vertical IT Solutions Inc. complies with warranty requirements based on the terms specified in DIR customer purchase agreements.

Instructions for Obtaining Quotes and Entering into Purchase Agreements

1. Contact Vertical IT Solutions at Procurement@verticalits.comto discuss project requirements or request a quote.
2. Define Scope and Deliverables: Vertical IT will collaborate with the Customer to prepare a DIR-compliant Statement of Work (SOW) as defined at https://dir.texas.gov/it-solutions-and-services/buying-through-dir/statement-work-sow
3. Submit Purchase Order: The Customer issues a Purchase Order referencing DIR-CPO-5963 and the approved SOW.
4. Engagement Begins: Work commences upon execution of the SOW and receipt of the Purchase Order.
